Collection and storage of personal data and type and purpose of use
a) When you visit the website
When you visit our website, the browser on your device automatically sends information to the server on our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion after 30 days:

It is essential to provide a valid name, e-mail address and company name so that we know who sent the request and can provide you with a quotation that conforms to all formalities. Further information such as the telephone number is optional. Data processing for the purpose of preparing an offer shall be carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.b DSGVO. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted on request, or if no further cooperation is conceivable, after your request has been dealt with, unless there are legal storage obligations.
c) When using our application form
We offer you the opportunity to submit an unsolicited application via our application form for the positions advertised on our career page. It is important to provide a valid first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, place of residence, postcode, place of birth and nationality. In addition, letters of application containing further personal data are to be uploaded. We need these to be able to assess whether you are suitable as an applicant for the position applied for. Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.b DSGVO.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the application form will be automatically deleted once per quarter after termination of the contract or upon termination of the contract initiation, unless there is the express wish to keep the application data for a possible later contractual relationship. d) Using our registration form
We offer you the possibility to register as a user via our form. In the first step, first and last name, a valid e-mail and a password created by you are required. In the further steps, a valid address, place of birth, country of birth, nationality, identity card number, account holder details, IBAN; BIC/Swift, tax ID, social security number, religion (for determining church tax liability), as well as a valid matriculation certificate, student IDs and, depending on citizenship, a work permit must be uploaded. All your data is referred to as inventory data and is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the service we offer.
The data is processed for contract drafting and is used for payroll accounting and reporting to social insurance carriers and insurance funds. Data processing for the purpose of job enquiries is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.b DSGVO.
The personal data collected by us when using the registration form will be automatically deleted once per quarter after termination of the contract or upon termination of the contract initiation, unless there is an express wish to keep the applicant data for a possible later contractual relationship. This is to be assumed in the case of regular account activity. Exceptions are also here legal storage obligations.
If you provide further data on our platform, this is done on a voluntary basis. This data can include, among other things: Size, measurements, hairstyle details, figure details, face details, experience and skill details, activity details, photos and other media files, work experience details, etc. This information is only used to be able to refer you more appropriately to inquiring customers. Therefore this data is passed on to the customers, as far as you apply to their inquiries.
In addition, with the express consent of the user, selected photos, first names (or aliases), activities in the fields of activity offered by uCastMe GmbH and the city (or areas) in which the activities can be carried out, will be published on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter on the websites ucm-management.com, ucm.agency and ucastme.de operated by uCastMe GmbH, as well as the associated social media pages, in order to promote the user’s job enquiries.
Please note that there are also mandatory fields in the data collection on this website. The input of this data is necessary for the effective use of your account. All other information is voluntary. Information disclosure

a) Use of Facebook plugins (like button)
We use social plugins of the social network Facebook on our website on the basis of art. 6 para.1 lit.f DSGVO.
